What
is NJROTC?
The Navy Junior Reserve Officers Training Corps (NJROTC) is a federally
sponsored high school program that teaches high school students
leadership,
followership, study skills, basic United States government, courage,
honor, and commitment. With a long and rich history dating back to
World War II, the NJROTC program is currently spread throughout the
country in hundreds of programs nationwide. The NJROTC program and its
cadets benefit the school, the community, and themselves.
